Very unusual print, likely "RC paper," (a photo paper where a normal paper base is sandwiched between thin layers of polyethylene resin) on both sides. This makes the print feel slightly plasticky and very smooth.
RC papers were adopted from the late 1960s onward for everyday darkroom work and minilab prints because they're fast, durable, and have a glossy or lustre surface that looks shiny and somewhat plastic.
