Handsome Taylor Flenniken, gazes at some lofty distant place.
5" x 7" print on heavyweight paper, gloss finish. There are no studio marks but the photo is by Lon. According to Reed Massengill it's included in Lon's first published catalog, "Introducing Fifty Models by Lon of New York." Please see the scan attached (not included in this sale).
This is likely a copy print dating to the mid-1940s. The originals are quite rare, as those negatives were seized by police during Lon's first raid in 1946.
Fair condition with corner bumps and a number of vertical lines that look like scratches but are raised, mostly on the background, not the figure. Please contact us with any questions.
