First we see the two shirtless young guys flexing in the living room. The one with the big smile seems to be wearing lipstick and sprouts a third arm below his waist. But no, that's Sandy, whose ghostly visage appears between Bub and Dave.
We know this because handwritten on the verso: "Bub & Dave (Double Exposure) (Sandy)."
