Born in Guadeloupe, Serge Nubret (1938 – 2011) was a six-foot tall, 218 lb. French professional bodybuilder, movie actor and author. He was awarded many bodybuilding titles, including Mr. Europe (1970) Tall, Mr. Universe (1976) and Mr. World (1977). He was nicknamed "The Black Panther."
