"All of the pictures in this magazine are the work of the famous and distinguished photographer, BOBCO." Bob Carr was a 1960s physique photographer who isn't exactly famous but the quality of his work suggests he could have been.
The images in the magazine are artfully composed and beautifully printed. It originally cost a whopping $6. Don't know if there was ever another issue.
